The privilege for RLCI trainees stipulates 50% discount from agency commission rate, that is basically 100% of the fee for the first month of stay. 

The price of the flat itself very much depends on its location (center or residential district, close to metro or distant from it), type of the building, household appliances and, of course, number of the rooms. The average monthly fee for 1-room flat in Saint Petersburg is 670 USD, 1000 USD for 2-room flat. The price for rental of a 3-room apartment begins from 1300 USD for month of stay. Please bear in mind that you can reduce this price by inviting your fellow students as neighbors: for example, two-room flat shared between 4 tenants will cost each of them the price of the bed in hostel - 250 USD. So, to save money on accommodation, consider gathering the group of motivated students. 

Except agency commission fee and fee for rental, tenants cover their communal expenses (160 USD per month). To guarnatee safe-keeping of their belongings, flat owners also charge deposit which basically equals to the monthly fee and is returned to the tenant upon departure.
